Answers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greetings,

Being a member on the website Fabulously 40 (a website for woman 40 and over) I asked "What is your definition of a healthy cookie?" Here are some of the Answers I received back:

1) The kind that you make at home with butter, egg, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and baking soda. Why? Because you know what you put in and how much you put in. If you eat10 of then in a day, you can't blame the cookie.

2) Like fresh bread...a healthy cookie will be made of all natural ingredients. No preservatives, fresh butter (no oil), pure chocolate, pure vanilla extract and even aluminum free baking powder (yes aluminum baking powder is out there and who wants that in a cookie!).

3) Lower in sugar and fat, natural whole ingredients.

4) A hot chocolate chip cookie. WITH MILK! ha ha There's my healthy

5) No salt, no sugar, no trans fat, etc. but taste like having them.

6) I want no artificial flavors. No preservatives, no unknown chemical additives. I'm allergic to so much of that stuff. Just stick to the basic ingredients, preferably organic, but of course that raises the price significantly. Also look at some gluten free options. More and more people are eating gluten free and if you are going into the cookie business, you need some gluten free cookies for them.

7) I can't wait to see what you come up with! I love cookies, and if I could find one that was guilt free, that would be awesome!

8) Like Tulip, I like cookies(and all food) with no preservatives and no chemicals. Homemade cookies made from scratch with natural, organic ingredients taste the best. Store bought cookies and prepared cookie doughs always have a chemical aftertaste to me. I don't think cookies have to be too healthy, though as far as fat and sugar goes. They are a treat, after all.

I thank all the woman who participated in giving their answers and honest opinions. Natural Ingredients win hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many still want that home made goodness and taste.

Up, Up And Away!!!!!!!!!! Hab2:3

Greetings,

Up, up and away I go. I remember these words as a child playing when I or one of my siblings pretended to take off flying in the air. I had a niece who was born with a very bad heart condition. Her name was Toya. Toya had a balloon and she loved this balloon. What Toya didn't know was if she didn't hold on tight to the balloon string that the balloon will go up, up and away. Toya would ask every day (until the day of her death)"Do Jesus have my balloon"? Toya was 3 years old at the time and died soon after her balloon went up, up and away. This is how I feel today about my business goal. Up, up and away into the hands of Jesus. I put my business on RaiseCapital.com and Twitter websites. My vision is climbing and I can see it reaching high. RaiseCapital.com is a website for start-ups and businesses to display business ideas and connect with investors. This is a website where investors can look and connect with businesses for opportunities to invest in and entrepreneurs can meet other entrepreneurs. I'm happy about this leading. I will leave the results to God who I believe and trust in. With God I'm up, up and away with a vision and eagle's wings! Isa40:13, Hab2:3 For the vision (is) yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie. Though it tarry wait for it. Because it will surely come. It will not tarry.

Customer Service

Greetings,
I am surprised when I go into a store browsing (looking to make a purchase), and I finally get to the buying decision of making a purchase and find POOR customer service. It surprises me because I can't believe that many owners would risk loosing a customer due to their employee's POOR service. I find that many people don't put aside personal preferences, attitudes, feelings, to do their jobs. Jobs that they were employed to do! Do we as customer's deserve such rude and poor attitudes of these employees who are having a bad day or lack manners and integrity. Do they not care about their jobs. I remember a time when having a poor attitude on the job cost you your job. Poor manners has become a welcoming mat. I've decided that when I'm open for business that top customer service will be a priority and a pleasure. The customer is to be respected, heard, given attention, treated with warmth and compassion. I will remember when dealing with my customer's how not to treat them. I will remember that I'm doing a service and that I am to serve. Serving is a ministry. The greatest man that ever walked this earth was a servant. Jesus came to serve and not to be served to. I believe that this can be applied even in the work place especially for Christian believers. We are to make a difference even in the work place to show the love of God. Christian believers lets show real customer service and put back the difference in the work place. Showing true customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
